Are my personal information safe?
At OKiShop, we follow the highest standards to keep your personal information safe, and we do not share them with anyone.
Are my credit card information safe?
All your credit card payments are encrypted and processed through Stripe, one of the leading and safest payment solution provider in the world.
How can I receive the items I'm buying?
During the checkout process, you'll have to choose your preferred redemption method for the items you are buying. From one cake shop/brand to another, the available options may vary. The most common options include:
- self pick-up: you pick up the items at a specific location (details included in the item description)
- free delivery (might be subject to conditions such as quantity ordered): handled by a representative of the cake shop/brand who will directly liaise with you
- paid delivery (might be subject to conditions such as location): handled by a representative of the cake shop/brand who will directly liaise with you
Can I get my items delivered overseas?
All items on OKiShop are available in Hong Kong only. Overseas delivery is not available.
When can I receive the items I'm buying?
Items availability and pre-order requirements are specified in the item's description (including self-pick up available dates/time and delivery processing time).
Can I order items from multiple cake shops/brands?
Yes. But one transaction at a time...
When placing items in your shopping cart, select from one cake shop/brand only (e.g: cakes from Shop A and hampers from Shop A). Then proceed to checkout for payment of your order before filling up your cart with items from another cake shop/brand. Shopping carts containing items from multiple cake shops/brands (e.g. cakes from Shop A and hampers from Shop B) cannot be processed for checkout.
Is my order confirmed?
Once your payment has been accepted, we will instantly email you a payment receipt including a detailed recap of your order and a unique confirmation number. Your order is confirmed and does not require further confirmation of the items availability. A printed copy of your order receipt might be required by the cake shop/brand representative at the time of redemption.
Can I change my order? Can I get a refund?
Once the payment has been successfully processed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled, and cannot be refunded.
For any enquiry related to the quality of the items you received,please contact directly a representative from the cake shop/brand. OKiShop does not take responsibility for the unsatisfactory quality of the items you purchase.
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
You do not need to register to make a purchase on OKiShop.
Why should I register?
Once registered, you will be able to manage your personal information and your orders, as well as retrieve your pending shopping cart.
